Safety is one of the most important features in our company outlook and we recognise and support the integral part that health and safety plays in our business.
As a compliance requirement each individual project will have a risk assessment/method statement specific to that job, and this will be updated as required. On larger scale projects a continual assessment procedure is standard to accommodate the changing requirements of the project.
By employing the skills of qualified safety consultants and liaising with client in-house safety officers, our aim is to continue to maintain an excellent safety record.
All direct employees are supplied with industry standard PPE at the commencement of their employment, this is regularly inspected and replaced as required. The safety of our employees is at the forefront of everything we do, and the budget is unlimited to ensure their safety.
All materials stocked by Swift Scaffolding are of top-quality design and manufacture and comply with relevant legislation and standards, please see our ‘Materials Page’ for examples of materials stocked by Swift Scaffolding for our use on ongoing projects. We never direct hire out our materials, this ensures we can confidently stand over the integrity of our stock and maximise the safety for all users of the scaffolds we erect.
Our philosophy on training is that in order to maintain the high standards we have set for ourselves all company personnel should be encouraged to further their own skill set, with this in mind Swift have invested heavily in a training budget for professional development to encourage the acquisition of further skills in their employees.
